Roxby Leisure has been the leader in youth development for Roxby Downs. The Youth Advisory Council (YAC) is made up of members that are aged 12-19 and meets monthly to discuss local issues facing the youth. They have a strong connection with the Roxby Downs Council to which they make their recommendations. The YAC are also responsible for many youth based events held within the town.

To become a member, please see the Youth and Social Services Coordinator. Another program that is run through Roxby Leisure is the Youth Leadership Program that has intakes throughout the year and runs in conjunction with the Duke of Edinburgh Awards.

Nippy Gym

Nippy Gym creates a play environment where children aged 6 months to 4 years can develop socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically in a safe, structured/unstructured and multisensory environment.

Set up are a range of toys and activities to keep your child interested while learning to share with others.

Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of their own children and must remain with them at all times.

By being actively involved the adult provides encouragement and positive support for the child through their play.


Nippy gym opens Thursday mornings in the auditorium 9.30am-11.30am.
A single visit is $7.90/Child or $12.00/Family.
A 20 Visit pass is $119.60/Single or $173.60/Family.
