Pulse Fitness memberships include a one-on-one session with a qualified instructor. Together with your instructor, you will work out what your goals are and how you can best achieve them. In this session your Instructor will test your general body strength, flexibility, make a record of your body measurements, body fat (if requested) and find out about your current health and lifestyle patterns. As all individual have different needs/requirements your new program developed by our trained staff will be demonstrated to ensure that correct techniques are used for each exercise and that optimum results can be achieved.
