Pulse Fitness at Roxby Leisure offer a range of different group fitness classes.
Classes currently being offered are as follows:

 

      

Butts & Guts
A high energy, muscle conditioning class that tones & shapes your hips, thighs, butt and abdomen. The exercises are specifically selected to target your core muscles and lower body. 45 min class suitable for all abilities.

Pulse Balance
A combination of yoga, pilates and tai chi techniques, this class is designed to stretch and flex you into relaxation. Focusing on core stability, breathing, flexibility and strength, this class is low impact and suitable for most abilities and runs for 60 mins

Boxercise
This circuit based class uses boxing principles to burn calories, increase cardiovascular fitness & agility and tone muscle. In this class you will punch, kick, pump and run your way to the end of the 45-50min class. The class is a great stress reliever and suitable for all abilities.

Pulse Pump
This class is a high energy strength endurance training class designed to increase your muscle tone, strength and definition of all the major muscle groups. You can burn up to 250-600 calories in this class as you are guided through the selection of resistance exercises to the great music. This class is suitable for all levels and run for 60mins.

Aqua Aerobics
Want to get fit and stay cool in summer? Aqua is for you. Using the resistance of water, you’re guided through movements to great music. The movements are designed by our instructors to work all your major muscle groups whilst being gentle on joints. Shallow water classes will be offered in the new indoor pool whilst deep water classes to be held in the outdoor pool during summer. 50min class suitable for most abilities (we recommend that all participants have some water confidence).

Cardio Blitz
This is a high intensity class that will challenge you through cardiovascular movements to exercise your mind as well as your body. Your goal is to work in a maintained aerobic state, while also gaining in agility and muscle tone. Come and give it a go, push yourself to your limits. This class is suitable for most abilities and runs for 30-45mins.

Pulse Step
Step your way to a healthy lifestyle. Step is a high intensity class designed to tone and burn fat. Challenge yourself and book a spot today. This class is suitable for all levels and runs for 60 minutes.

Pulse Spin
A 60 minute (icludes warm up, spinning, cool down and stretching) high intensity cardio lass. Burns between 400-800 calories a class. Suited to all ages and all fitness levels. A great challenge whether you are after increased fitness or weight loss. Great environment, awesome music - come and join in on the fun!

Circuit
Want a challenge to test your fitness and strength level? Circuit is a class full of high impact exercises that target every muscle and increases your heart rate to burn more fat. Circuit is great for tonining, weight loss and strength training. 50 minutes class suitable for all abilities.

Fitball
Fitball is a unique workout that offers toning, strength building and stability exercises that cannot be found with any other exercises. Have a good time while moving to music, improve balance, coordination and cardiovascular development. 45 minute class suitable for beginners and advanced.
