Roxby Leisure is a Business Unit of Roxby Downs Council which provides leisure, recreation and cultural support and Services to the Roxby Downs Community.

As a result, Roxby Leisure’s organisational structure has been developed around team approach with key members in the Community Recreation & Sport, Events & Hospitality, Fitness & Well being and Administration.

This structure has been designed to ensure clear focus on the delivery of best value services and to utilise the skills and experience of staff in the most effective manner.

This team is guided by the Operations Manager who is responsible for the day to day operations of Roxby Leisure’s Facilities.

To effectively manage Council’s range of Community & Recreation Services through service planning, community building management, policy development and quality service delivery.

To build and strengthen partnerships within the community and community organisations so as to support and enhance the physical, emotional, social and economic well-being of Roxby Downs residents.

Ensuring that Roxby Downs Council will be known as a leading regional centre providing high quality passive and active recreational opportunities together with significant sporting, arts and cultural events.
